Our Team

Katie Harrison, MA, RP, C.C.C.

My career has been focused on providing short- and long-term individual psychotherapy. My clinical experience includes working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, trauma, grief, work/life balance and more. I value working collaboratively with my clients to find the approach and tools that are most helpful to them. I am passionate about developing and running therapy groups from an ACT approach.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I completed my MA in Counselling Psychology through Western University in 2015. I have worked in private practice since 2020. Prior to that, I was working in the Western University Health and Wellness Counselling Centre which provided me a broad depth of knowledge and experience for an array of mental health concerns across the lifespan. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solutions Focus Therapy. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, change oriented, affirmative and trauma-informed.
